Mama Thrive innovative program, include maternal health education, support groups, and access to affordable health care, have already had a profound impact on the lives of countless women and families. However, the disparities that exist in maternal health care for women of color are still significant, and our partnership aims to bring attention to this critical issue.
Through our combined efforts, we will develop and execute strategic campaigns that engage a wide range of audiences. By amplifying Mama Thrive's message and raising awareness about the need for better maternal health care for minority women, we hope to make a positive impact on the lives of countless women and families. We are proud to stand behind Agape Family Health's advocacy for multicultural maternal health.
As part of the enrollment to the Mama Thrive program, successful applicants will receive a free telehealth tablet, T-Mobile internet, and other health gadgets. These resources will aid in providing the best possible maternal health care to all women.
